The individual villa destined mainly for the holiday was commissioned by 1957 by Mr Rados to the architect Richard Neutra.
The building stands in an isolated position on the east side of the palos verdes hill, exploiting the natural course of the soil. It is develop on two levels of three meters high.
The design respects the principle of organic architecture where the search for integration with the surrounding environment takes place through a series of elements such as the very articulated shape of the building.
The interior space according to the principle of free plant adopted by Neutra is flexible.
