The Kelton Apartments is an historic multi-family building located at 644-648 Kelton Avenue, in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It was designed in 1941 in the modernistic style of architecture by the famous Los Angeles architect Richard Neutra for himself and his family. The City of Los Angeles designated the building a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.
The house is positioned in order to give a great view on the ocean and the mountains. The individual apartments is accessed by a private entrances overlooking the garden. The house comprises a large living room where the dining area is separated from the conversation area. This latter is organized around the fireplace. The outdoor is articulated in large terraces structured in series of overlapping horizontal lines.
