The project is a renovation supplemented by contributions from equipment and furnishing of a penthouse apartment forming a part of a residential building, intended for a young couple. The surface is about 200 square meters large, with the floor on two different heights (1 meter difference). Inside the attic you switch from a maximum height of 4.50 m, corresponding to the ridge of the roof pitch to allow the presence of a loft space above the local kitchen of the type tunnel.
