Together with Anna Castelli Ferrieri, Ignazio Gardella worked on many architectural projects from 1957 till 1973. Their most significant works are the headquarters of Kartell, the Villa Via Marchiondi and the office and factory buildings of Alfa Romeo.

The Villa Castelli is located on the promontory of Capo Martino’s and operates on two large floors that overlook the pine.

The doors are made of douglas and natural interior floors are covered with slags or enamel blue, with only a view exceptions. The furniture and armchairs are boo-style English.

The interior as well as the exterior are characterised by the presence of spaces as well as its connection with the loggia. The bedrooms and the exterior plaster with while the interior walls are plastered in white.
