Villa Helg was designed by Franco Albini and Franca Helg in 1961. The building’s plan is in the square shape with cut corner creating a little terrace enclosed by the column. From the three sides the building seems to be one level, from the other we can see stairs leading to the basement. In central part of the house there are curving stairs basen on the circle plan. The house is covered by the hipped roof, it looks like a typical, semi-detached, one-family house.
