Casa Lupattelli a Vocabolo Piedimonte in Terni, Italy was designed between January 1978 and February 1979, at the end of which the construction works started. The house is located in strada di Piedimonte, in Terni. The customer and owner of the house was Vilma Vivarelli Lupattelli.
The building seems like a guard of the landscape. In the background, there are mountains that separate Terni from Spoleto.
Preliminary studies for the Lupattelli house are initially restricted to a small sheet of glossy paper that measured just 13 inches in width. The design consisted of two tracing paper sheets attached together with transparent tape on both sides that had two versions of the same study, which differed substantially in the solution of the scale and composition of the room.
