The critics unanimously agree on the architectural value of the building for its “sagacissima” plan distribution, which solved the needs of disengagement of the different rooms of the particular composition of the commissioning family (parents and son married), for the love of detail, for the organic permeability between interior and exterior spaces and especially for the use of the means of expression linked to the tradition regarding the choice of construction materials (local stone, brick, marble Tuscan).In addition to full maturity architectural work, he was also recently stressed the value of the interior, designed by the buttons, which, in contrast to the essentiality of the building seemed to be inspired by organic forms.
