This nice holiday home was built, designed by the architect, Luigi Vietti. This villa locates in Cannobio, on Lake Maggiore. Clinging to the rock, it is mixed with it in the basement and it is included in the natural environment that surrounds it, realizing that agreement between nature and architecture, which is an essential aesthetic reason in this kind of construction. The setting planimetric and original: the street level a wide lounge, a room containing a fireplace, wide open to the beautiful landscape. Upstairs, four bedrooms, a library, a bathroom. Below, the living room, the services, connected by a spiral staircase to the upper floors, and the roof terrace. Reinforced concrete structure it the utmost importance in a building like this.
